Pick-up Your Rentals
Save some money on your rental by picking up the equipment at our Sunnyvale office. Equipment may be picked up at our office on Monday-Friday, from 9:00am – 6:00pm. A single day rental is based on a 24 hour time-frame, so you may pickup the equipment the day before your event, as long as it is returned within 24 hours. If your event falls on a weekend, we only count the weekend as a single day, and the equipment may be picked up on the Friday prior to the event, and returned on the Monday following. Rentals held for longer than the agreed upon rental days will be charged the extra days the equipment is held each day it is not returned.
Cancellations must be made more than 72 hours prior to your pickup/delivery date, otherwise you will be charged the full rental fee.
