Pick-up Your Rentals
Save some money on your rental by picking up the equipment at our San Jose office.
In office equipment demo with pictures or videos are always available!
A single day rental is based on a 24 hour time-frame within our business hours, so you may pickup the equipment the day before your event, as long as it is returned before 5:00pm the following day.
If your event falls on a weekend, we only count the weekend as a single day. The equipment may be picked up on the Friday prior to the event, and returned on the following Monday for a single day rate. Rentals held for longer than the agreed upon rental days will be charged the full amount for each additional day.
Cancellations must be made more than 72 hours prior to your pickup/delivery date, otherwise you will be charged the full rental fee.

• Starting at $95 weekday and $150 on weekends.
Delivery or pick ups between the office hours of 10am – 4pm.
• One person: Starting at – $95 weekday and $150 on weekends.
• Two person: Starting at – $150 weekday and $250 on weekends.
Delivery or pick ups before or after office hours.
• One person: Starting at – $150 weekday and $195 weekends.
• Two person: Starting at – $225 weekday and $295 weekends.
Setup & strike (Hourly)
• One person: Starting at $95 weekday and $150 on weekends.
• Two person: Starting at $150 weekday and $250 on weekends.
